Who is eligible for membership in Anoka Hennepin Education Minnesota?
Membership is divided into two categories: active and non-active. Non-active members include reserve, student, substitute and retired. Active membership is available to any person (other than an administrator-supervisor, as defined by PELRA) who is employed by, or on a limited leave from a public or private school, college or university, a state residential school, or a public agency.

Our Web Location for Education http://www.owl.org is a new web service for educators. It includes links to lesson plans, job searches nationwide, classroom management tools, and much more.
I have personally registered (it's free) and have used the lesson plan links. It took me about 5 minutes to find, read, and print a great lesson plan for World War II. I have a slow modem connection at home and it does not matter with this site.
To register, you need a copy of your NEA Today Magazine and look on the cover's bottom left hand corner for your code number. It is a ten-digit number.
